Full-Time Vacancy Available – Sales Coordinator (Indoor) (Seksyen 25, Shah Alam) – near Kota Kemuning
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma qualification, preferably have related background in Sales/ Business Admin/ Marketing or equivalent, are encouraged to apply
• Experienced candidate(s) are encouraged to apply – preferably female (Indoor positions)
• Preferably applicant with min. 1-2 years experience, Fresh Graduates/ Entry Level applicants are also encouraged to apply
• Experience is an added advantage, training opportunities will be provided
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft Office (eg: Ms.Excel, Ms.Word, Ms.Powerpoint)
• Possess own transport and have valid driving license class D (car)
• Familiar with SQL System and with knowledge of Sales and Purchase documents (eg : Sales Order, Purchase Order, Quotation) and is an added advantage
• Must be willing to work in Seksyen 25, Shah Alam
• Good and effective communicator
• Initiative, responsible and able to work independently

(b) Job Description:
• Provide sales coordination support to Sales Team.
• Provide support and handle documentation for Sales Team.
• To assist Sales Team in generating Sales Reporting and Data Analysis.
• Assist in Sales related administrative tasks.
