-Expected to work closely with the customers, the on-site/off-site Technical Support Team.
-Ensure smooth timely delivery and handling of support case
-Knowledge in Computer Hardware & Windows platform troubleshooting in general &networking
-Basic network configuration.
-A team player with excellence analytical and problem solving
-Candidate must possess a Certificate or a Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
