Full-Time Technical Support
• To assist in installing, commissioning and field support for Networking.
• To provide consultation and site survey.
• To understand clients’ expectations and business requirements in order to provide best advice/solution.
• To prepare business solution proposal and support in system integration.
• To troubleshoot all technical issues related to hardware/software applications, either remotely or on-site on a daily basis.
• To be responsible for pre and post-sales support.
• To carry out regular review on product performance, repair or returns.
• Close liaison with Authorized Service Partner to ensure consistent understanding of technical issues and communicate the commercial impact to key stakeholder.
• Execute ad-hoc strategic initiative as and when required by management.
