•To provide secretarial/office administrative/marketing support in the day-to-day running of the department.
•To organise and manage correspondences, reports and travel arrangements.
•To maintain good order to all business correspondences, records and administrative facilities, which include but not limited to mails, fax distribution, filing / documents keeping and etc.
•To assist in departmental marketing collaterals and communications.
•To always ensure that there is a high-level of confidentiality in the affairs of the department.
•To perform any other work as and when required.
•Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Secretarial, Bachelor Degree in Language and Linguistic or equivalent.
•Preferable 2 to 3 years’ relevant working experience in a similar capacity.
•Excellent command of written and spoken English.
•Strong computer skills, with a solid proficiency in Microsoft applications (proficiency in graphic design, e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc. would be an added advantage).
•A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•Meticulous and have an eye for detail.
•Able to work independently under minimum supervision.
•Someone who looks forward to challenges and a career with a leading law firm.
•Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
