Full-Time Sales & Marketing Coordinator
1. Ensure high quality, excellence and value in work processes and outcomes by exceeding standards.
2. Manage and provide sales administrative support to the department.
3. Assist and coordinates all site inspections, detailing site inspection issued and communicated to all departments.
4. Preparation of clients’ correspondence, proposals, contract, & etc throughout the day for each as required.
5. Takes minutes of meetings, accurately transcribes and circulates to appropriate recipients.
6. Promptly handles daily in-coming mail and internal correspondence.
7. Maintains a filing and tracing system for Project(s).
8. Answers and handles all incoming telephone calls for the department according to the Company’s Standard & Procedures.
9. Ensure the Sales & Marketing database is kept current and up-to-date.
10. Maintains strictest confidentiality at all times on all matters.
11. Manage time effectively to complete the tasks required.
12. Assist to demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for our clients.
13. Assist to consistently anticipate client(s) problems and determine appropriate resolution.
