Full-Time Sales & Customer Management Executive

To assist immediate superior in implementing tasks relevant to domestic Sales & Customer Management activities.
To carry out external CRM activities, including attending events, exhibitions and assist in evaluating CRM campaigns.
To understand customer’s need, and provide best personalized experience to customer’s under your care
To liaise with customers using various support channels such as Whatsapp, email, phonecalls, live chat.
To proactively offer ideas to improve customers issues and challenges.
To analyze statistic to determine level of customer service.
Work closely with designers and printers, to do proof reading copy, and ensure manage production of accessories materials, such as leaflets, posters, flyers.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication or equivalent.
Skill(s): Familiar with e-commerce industry is a plus. Familiar with sales cold calls, telemarketing, coordinate customer relationship operations, handling customer complaints and feedback.
Personal attributes: a team player, good interpersonal skills, eye for detail, creative problem solving.
Good command of English and Chinese is a must (spoken and written).
At least 1 year of working experience in CRM related is required for this position.

Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Ria Jaya, Sungai Petani, Kedah.
2 Full-Time positions available.
5 Days Work / week: Working hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday.
