Salary : RM 3,000 to RM 4,200
-Diploma / Degree in Admin / Logistics
-Minimum 4 years experience in Sales Coordinator / Sales Admin
-Speaks and write English / Chinese, (Bonus : Japanese)
-Good knowledge in Logistics procedures and policies (D/O, Invoice, Credit Note, B/L, Shipment tracking, Freight tracking and etc)
– Import and export documentation preparation
-Liaise with shipping / forwarding agents/ Custom
-Process customer Sales Order into SAP system within 1 working day
-Ensure accurate deliveries (Based on quantity, destination, SKU, on-time and etc)
-Ensure stock balance in the system and the warehouse.
-Maintain customer satisfaction
-Proficiency in preparing (Invoice, Credit note, debit note and etc).
-Manage logistics and supply chain expenses within annual budget
-Monitor and ensure the purchase value is within customer’s credit limit before processing delivery order
-Notify salesperson / Finance when credit limit is exceeded
-Upload price list into system
-Monitor deliveries on time
-Prepare pricing / variance report/ inventory report
-Participate in half-yearly stock take at third party warehouse.
-Ac hoc projects required when assigned by Senior Manager.
-Candidate who has Good working attitude
