Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Assists sales team, managing schedules and distribution of any sales documentation. For example, delivery order and invoice
• Prepares and follow up on any sales quotation made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost suited for them
• Able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner
• Must liaise between other departments and the clients to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time constraints
• May also be required to produce reports

Requirements:
• Candidates must have at least 2 years’ experience
• Must be willing to work in Pandamaran, Port Klang
• Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage)
