Full-Time Sales Admin (Mandarin)

Job Description

Payment: RM3000
Location: Soho Suites@KLCC
Working time: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm

Responsibilities:
 assist in inventory and sales
 carry out invoicing
 deliver stocks to clients
 order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
 sourcing quotation
 manage phone calls and correspondence
 submit timely report and prepare presentation/proposal as assigned
 handle expenses, billing cycle, staff claims, staffing
 handle basic account, GST account, submit GST
 handle paper works
 keep record of every expenses and transaction
 interact with superior and director and carries out their request
 photocopies and file appropriate as needed
 take care of website function and social media profile
 handle online sales
 assist colleague whenever necessary
 maintain office supplies

Requirement:
 Written and verbal Language: mandarin, English, Malay
 literate in computer
 literate software(excel, words, etc…)
