Full-Time Purchasing Executive

Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Assist in daily purchasing operation functions
• Responsible for supply chain planning for raw and packaging materials to support production, including developing sources of supply, price negotiation, issuance of Purchase Orders and arrival of materials
• Ensure competitive quotes through active sourcing
• Compare product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contact vendors when there are discrepancies
• Deal with non-supplied, under orders, over orders and rejected goods
• Ensure all invoices are sent to Accounts Team for payment
• Maintain and file documents
• Prepare monthly reports

Requirements:
• Candidates must have at least 3 years’ experience in related fields
• Good Interpersonal and communication skills
• Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (Added Advantage)
• Must be willing to work at Bandar Sultan Suleiman, Port Klang
