Full-Time Proposal Engineer
-To provide pre-sales to customers.
-Collaborating with various department and vendors in the solution design and prepare commercial proposal according to the specification and requirement.
-Determine customer requirement and expectations in order to recommend optimistic solution.
-Researching, collecting, exploring and reporting information on the capacity and ability of company products and solution.
-Responsible to identify new market and business opportunities.
-To prepare compliance/deviation list and necessary documents for tender submission.
-Attending meeting for site visit and clarification.
-To manage all aspects of the sales function including inside sales and order sales.
-Recording and maintaining customers contact data;
-Keeping records of visit and sales;
-Taking, progressing and monitoring orders;
-To prepare sales record and forecast as necessary
-Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conference and other marketing events;
-Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior as when required from time to time.
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Engineering Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Telecommunication.
-Preferably to have working experience in a Sales, Pre-Sales Support, Inside Sales, Proposal Team
-Good Interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of colleagues and external parties.
-Mature and with good work ethics and positive attitude.
-Good computer skills and able to multi-task.
