Full-Time Project Engineer (Mechanical & Electrical)
-Manage Project Workflow
-Oversee the progress of project elements.
-Visiting sites to take measurements or resolving contractor delays.
-Serves as a liaison between the consultant and Contractor.
-To work closely with the Project Manger to develop project schedule and deliverable timelines.
-Inspect Construction Sites
-Responsible for all the Mechanical & Electrical work Inspection activity.
-Carry Out Daily site supervision, coordination and quality assurance of all trades implementation on site.
-Monitor progress and ensure that projects are completed according to specifications and construction codes.
-Prepares a report about site conditions and progress and reports their findings to the Consultant & Project Manager.
-Provide direction to Contractors on behalf of the Consultant, particularly when project elements need to deviate from the blueprints.
-Keep Track on variation and claims of contract and cost impact and feedback information to project Manager. Prepare Project reports
-Prepare and present progress reports to the Consultant , architect , Project manager. Provide engineering support
-Provide support in ways that can include gathering data for permit application, presenting documentation or blueprints to government officials and maintaining records of change orders.
-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical).
-At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Required language(s): English.
-Willing to travel and willing to work long hours when required.
-Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
-Results-driven, self-motivated, positive working attitude and able to work independently.
-Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering – Mechanical or equivalent.
