Full-Time Project Administrator
This is a 12 months contract fulltime position (renewable). Working hours Monday to Friday: 9AM-6PM.
Salary range: RM2200-RM2800, depend on experiences.
Locations available : KL city and Petaling Jaya,
* supervise and coordinate activities of staff
*liaise with customers on appointment time and follow-ups
* administer general duties such as data-entry, document filing and reporting
* assist in staff job scheduling
* maintain/update management information systems (manual or computerised)
* able to work independently
* good oral and written communication skills
* experience in office management
* aptitude for working with computer application such as MS WORD, MS Excel, Email, etc,
* well organised and punctual.
