Full-Time PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

Job Description

Responsibilities :
•Responsible to monitor project, quotation, site activities, coordinate & supervise works and preparation of reports.
•Interact and liaise with client, contractor and supplier.
•Possess leadership quality with ability to control and manage project progress & costing.
•Prepare project related documents, filing and photocopying.
•Co-ordinate the project by collecting materials, prepare for final presentation to the client.
•Provide effective administrative support and staff matters to project team.
•Any other job responsibilities assign by Head of Department as and when required.

Requirements :
•Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
•Able to work independently and able to accomplish task within deadlines
•Good project management skills.
•Good interaction with all level of staff and external customers.
•Minimum 2 years working experience in the related field.
•Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
•Computer literate.
•Good interpersonal skill.
