Full-Time Operations Officer/Assistant (Based at KL)

Job Description

Responsibilities:
– Handle tour bookings i.e. air ticket, airport transfer, tours, cruise, hotel booking for agents/ clients.
– Assist to manage event booking and to be involve in pre-event and post event tasks.
– Assist to liaise with suppliers and other related matter.
– Manage ticket reservations, payment collections, ticket issuance and confirmation.

Requirements
– Candidate must possess minimum SPM & Diploma/ Degree in Tourism.
– Minimum 2-3 years working experience in the travel industry is required.
– Possess good communication skills in spoken and written English.
– Pleasant personality, hardworking and meticulous at work.
– Familiar with SABRE systems.
