Full-Time Operations Manager (Shah Alam)
1.Responsible for effective implementation of overall operational policies and procedures for cards operations inclusive of issuing and acquiring transactions.
2.Act as authorized personnel for matters relating to BNM and card’s brand (Visa & Mastercard).
3.To manage Fraud, Authorization, Chargeback, Customer Service and Data Entry units in formulating strategy, process and execution.
4.To monitor all existing merchants’ structure, activities and status on a regular basis.
5.Perform internal and external merchants’ investigation and monitoring on any non-compliance as per company’s policies.
6.To report and alert on illegal merchant business content and/or limit breaches.
7.To conduct research and analysis on any new monitoring tools/technology available in the region.
1.Degree / Master in Business Management or equivalent.
2.At least 2 years’ managerial experience in related business OR minimum 5 years’ managerial experience in all operational aspects of credit card business (payment systems).
