Full-Time Operation Admin cum Account Assistant Assistant
– Possess good knowledge in project management and a team player.
– To prepare reports and other documentations as requires by Management.
– Handle quotation, purchase request, purchase order, invoicing & prepare payment voucher
– Handle logistics of the parts issues
– Manage back end office administration, operation cum expenses
– Lead & support on ISO audit, internal audit & compliance in the company
– Support with HR attendance list & assist in prepare company’s staff claim
– To undertake special assignments, ad hoc functions, and related duties as when required.
– To execute projects from its commencement to completion.
– Liaison with sub-contractors to ensure all fit-out works are carried accordingly to drawing
– To prepare the site progress report
– Basic admin and accounting qualifications preferred unless you have previously had 1 year of experience.
– Required skills: MS Office, Accounting, AutoCAD.
– Required languages: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
– Well organized and good communication skills
The position allows: Full Time (1 Vacancy)
Malaysian citizens only
Salary: RM 1,800.00 to RM 2,500.00 /month
