Bio-Nutricia is in the verge of massive business expansion (locally and internationally) and anticipating a significant market growth. Hence, we are looking for a PASSIONATE personnel to grow alongside with us and develop, implement, track and optimize our business. Science background is not required as training will be provided.
To handle customer’s emails promptly in a professional manner & able to escalating information precisely
To assist analyzing and planning the customer service related activities.
To prepare monthly report
Basic knowledge of graphic design, to create attractive sales template, brochure, leaflet, social media images.
answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
typing, preparing and collating reports
organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
implementing new procedures and administrative systems
liaising with relevant organisations and clients
coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
logging or processing bills or expenses
acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
if more senior, recruiting, training and supervising junior staff
Maintain a solid understanding of buyer personas, goals and behaviors to create communications and campaigns that drive an integrated, holistic campaign approach.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle and resolve customer complaints, perform customer verification
Good organizational skills and responsible.
Communicate and coordinate efficiently with internal departments
With strong communication and negotiation skills
Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy, able to multitask
Handles confidential financial and personal information appropriately
Strong interest in e-commerce and wiiling to learn
