Job Description

Working Location is 10 boulevard.

No Job Description
1 Assist in full spectrum of HR and Admin
2 Assist in performing employees attendance
3 Assist in doing employees payroll
4 Assist in handling employees leave
5 Handling all building office administration
6 handling pantry purchase
7 Assist in handling claims
8 Assist in preparing HR letters
9 Assist in employee performance appraisal
10 Assist in employees’ occasional celebration
11 Assist in maintaining HRIS data accurately and updated at all times
12 Any other add hoc tasks as assigned from time to time

No Requirements :
1 Min SPM with 1 year admin working experiences , or
2 Min Diploma in any field with/without any admin experience, or
3 Degree Holder in any field with/without any admin experience
4 A responsible,not hot-tempered,punctual, willing to do person
5 Able to work as a team and to be independent at the same time
6 able to work under min supervison
7 Must be able to speak MANDARIN
8 Must be a computer literature- Microsoft word, excel, powerpoint
9 Languages : English, Malay, Chinese – MUST min pass
10. Looking for who are able to start on December -latest by 2nd Jan 2020
