MANDARIN CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT (中文客户服务专员)

The Project: (关于项目)
Provide support to players/gamers who place bets on online games which is hosted on various gaming platforms. (为网络博彩平台提供客户服务支持)
The games supported are sports betting, online games and others. (包括体育博彩、网络游戏等)
The call center operates Monday-Sunday – 24/7 – 365 days per year(客服中心运营时间:周一至周日,每天24小时,全年无休)
The Customer Service role is a 5 day week -9 hour shifts (includes 1 hour for lunch and 2X 15mins for break);
Off days are rostered. (中文客户服务专员—每周5天工作日,每天9小时:包括7.5小时工作时间,1小时吃饭时间,30分钟休息时间。2天休息日随机安排。)

Responsibilities of the Role: (工作职责)
The Customer service Support must have the ability to communicate well with customers through spoken and written Mandarin and interact in an efficient and well-mannered way using inbound and outbound call chat and email (中文客户服务专员必须拥有良好的中文普通话说、写交流能力,使用有效、有礼貌的方式与顾客进行语音通话 在线聊天及处理邮件。)
Troubleshoot monetary issues raised by the gamers /players by verifying the players /gamers account (通过核实顾客账号来解决处理顾客的财政问题)
Troubleshoot and resolve gaming issues raised by gamers/players i.e leveling and related areas(解决顾客游戏时遇到的问题)

Requirements for the Role: (职位申请要求)
 SPM / Diploma or Degree holders in any discipline, aged 20 and above (任何专业的本科学历,年龄在20岁或以上)
 Excellent command of spoken and written Mandarin and basic English (拥有优秀的中文普通话说、写能力,以及基础的英文能力)
 Excellent knowledge of PC software – Windows, Excel, Word , PowerPoint (拥有优秀的电脑微软软件操作能力)
 Excellent organization and management skills (拥有优秀的组织和管理能力)
 Dynamic, highly motivated and a result – oriented team player with good interpersonal skills (有活力、有高积极性以及拥有良好的人际交往能力)
 Ability to multi-task and to work around scheduled timelines within a dynamic and challenging environment (能够在活跃且具有挑战性的环境中完成多方面的工作任务)
 Ability to work on shifts (能够接受早、中、晚班安排)

Package
 Monthly salary of RM3000 (Probation period RM2500)(转正后月薪3000马币,试用期2500马币)
 Performance Related Allowance on a quarterly basis for confirmed employees(转正后每个季度会根据表现发放相应的奖金)
 Medical Leave entitlement of 14 days per annum(每年14天病假)
 Medical and Hospitalization insurance coverage(公司提供医疗保险)
 Annual Leave entitlement of 15 days per annum(每年15天年假)
