Full-Time IT support
Provide daily high quality and efficient general IT support on both technical and operational .
Implement and operate Corporate Standard Information Technology
Perform basic network and client setup, manage domain and email accounts.
Monitor equipment room facilities are properly setup and operate at satisfactory level.
Closely work with Management Team to ensure day-to-day smooth operation of IT service and business operation.
Maintain fit-for-purpose IT Services and distributed business systems.
Provide support service to users by way of knowledge sharing, trouble-shooting; attend to user requests for additional functions, create new reports, software application changes and users operation guide documentation.
Manage IT asset and inventory and perform any other duties assigned from time to time.

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Practical experience in understanding and using IT service monitoring and management tools.
Minimum 1-2 years work experience in IT Services delivery & infrastructure maintenance
Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia
