The Sales team is growing and we are currently looking for a Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Sales Engineer, you will work closely with our Pre-Sales team & Marketing team and be actively involved with the technical side of the sales process for new and existing s customers. Combining both your technical skills and business savvy, you will identify customers’ technical needs and business objectives in order to properly demonstrate how our Beyond SCADA & Mobility products & solutions work in harmony to meet these requirements.
-Manage sales follow-up, meetings, quotation, proposal and internal account planning through the sales cycle.
-Developing new market area and all relevant commercial activities in alignment with functional guidelines and existing strategies.
-Worked closely with the Sales Manager on assigned accounts and opportunities to secure deals
-Collaborate with the pre-sales team to identify customers’ technical challenges and needs in order to design a customized selling strategy
-Create presentations and demonstrations that exemplify how our Beyond SCADA & Mobility solution can best meet the customers’ business requirements, needs, and objectives
-Prepare reports & utilize CRM software or any others tools to ensure accurate entry and maintenance of information regarding sales opportunities
-Work closely with Marketing & Sales team to achieve strategic goals
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent with 1 – 3 years of related technical professional work experiences
-1-3 years of experience in Sales with technical background and a proven track record of sales revenue generation, customer success, and customer satisfaction
-Experience in building or selling software products which enable the development of large or small business applications is an added advantage
-Exceptional troubleshooting skills, prior quality assurance or technical support experience
-Outstanding presentations skills and experience in the delivery of complex technical and sales oriented presentations
-Self-driven personality who enjoys working with people
-Self-motivated, confident, competitive, and desire for high achievement in lead generation.
-Strong desire and ability to learn new technologies and clearly articulate value propositions.
-Required language(s): Mandarin, English
