Assist Senior Consultants:
1.)Source for best-fit candidates, through different portals and methods.
2.)Contact and assess candidates.
3.)Arrange interview and shortlisting of candidates.
4.)Do research on employment market, to understand the current employment market and do organizational mapping.
5.)Plan, identify and develop potential key accounts for various HR outsourcing products (including Placement, Search, Contract Placement, etc).
6.)Manage expectations of candidates and clients to close assignments successfully for continuous returns.
