Industry : IT (Software & hardware)
Skills : Minimum 2 years experience in Telemarketing / Customer Service/ Sales Coordinator support.
Excellent English, Mandarin speaker needed (Dealing with China / Taiwanese client)
Salary : RM 2,500 – RM 3,000

– Assist sales team handle customer enquiry and provide related response in timely order.
– Applies standard policy for following up on customer questions and orders.
– Ensure customers’ orders/ requirementare processed efficiently
– Understand customer enquiry & source dynamically based on the requirements.
– Build and maintain solid customer relationship
– Maintain sales reportsand data reporting for pipeline management.
– Uncovers opportunities that drive incremental revenue
– Be smart, patience, creative & dynamic in handling cases
– Able to work in a team that is full of passion, initiatives and motivate.
-Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
-Minimum 2 Year(s) of working experiencein the related field is required for this position.
-Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Telemarketing / Telesales / Sales Coordinator / Customer Service / Sales Support
