Full-Time Human Resource Executive（Employee Relations）
-Minimun Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management. Candidate who possess LLB qualification is encourage to apply.
-Possess organisational behavior knowledge will be advantages.
-Good knowledge in Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, EPF Act, SOCSO Act, OSHA Act, PDPA and others HR regulations.
-Proficient in written and spoken in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
-Good communication, interpersonal, execution and event planning capability.
-Formulate and implement organisation’s industrial relations and employee relations policies, guidelines and procedures.
-Handle employee disciplinary actions, grievances, disputes, counselling matters.
-Handle employee law suit and case, compile and submit evidence to Labour Department and Industrial Department, hearing case at court, represent the organisation in conciliation meetings at Labour Department and Industrial Department.
-Plan and organise employee engagement event to promote employee communication, create harmony working environment and enhance employee cohesion.
-Organise town hall session to establish communication channel, stimulate employee sense of identity towards organisation.
