-Basic knowledge in Employment Act, PDPA.
-Proficient in written and spoken in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

-Responsible in employee attendance management.
-Responsible in employee OT claim, replacement leave, reimbursement matters.
-Responsible in book allowance, gratuity, employee ID, name card, mobile phone matters.
-Support front desk phone call and entertain visitor enquiry, and provide consultation service.
-Support HR department administrative task, enable department operate smoothly.
