Full-Time HR Manager
-Lead the full spectrum of HR functions covering People Management, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee/Industrial Relations, Manpower Planning and Payroll Process.
-Develop, review, maintain and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
-Handling industrial relations matters relating to staff discipline, grievances and counselling, domestic inquiries, employee welfare and other activities when required.
-Ensure that all policies and procedures comply with the legislative requirement in area of responsibility and include best practice where possible.
-Determine recruitment strategies, apply recruitment methods, instruments and work in the recruitment process.
-Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
-Managed administrative matters of the Company.
-Ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related fields.
-At least 5 year(s) working experience in the related field is required for this position. Have experience in HR for Courier Service Industry is preferable.
-Good attention to detail, analytical, organize, interpersonal skills and able to interact with all levels of people.
-A good team player with a high level of integrity and dedication.
-Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and works in minimal supervision.
-Well versed in the Employment Act & Industrial Relations Act, EPF, SOCSO and Income Tax Act.
– Applicant must be willing to work in Johor Bahru, Johor.
– Must posses well in English, Chinese Mandarin, and Bahasa Melayu
