Job Description

~Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
~Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
~Responsible for the day by day administrative activities of the office.
~Responsible for overall general administration task including office cleanliness, purchasing, hotel accommodation and flight ticket management, data entry, clerical duties etc.
~Responsible to staff claims, staff leaves and other HR job.
~Answer telephones, direct call and take messages.
~Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments.

Working Hours
8.30am-6.00pm, Mondays – Fridays
