Full-Time Home Shopping – Customer Service (Mandarin) – Bangsar
The incumbent will be required to manage incoming calls and emails from customers pertaining to home shopping for products and services.
The position will require you to support the contact centre in both spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Possess initiative, able to work independently and as a team.
• Dynamic, highly motivated and a result-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on shifts.
• Contact Centre Operating Hours : Monday-Sunday, 24/7. Work days- 5 day week; off days based on the roster.
• Work Hours : Based on the roster; 9hours per shift inclusive of 1.5hr break
• Located in Bangsar
• RM2700 during Probation, RM3150 upon CONFIRMATION
• Travel allowance RM100(terms apply)
• 15 days Annual leave
• 14 days Medical leave
