JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client in Kelana Jaya, an established international freight forwarder in Malaysia is seeking a capable female candidate to assume the role of Front Office Receptionist
About the job
This is a permanent position where you will be responsible for the front office activities.
Job responsibilities:
•Manage the front office activities.
•Attend to all clients/visitors promptly and professionally.
•Manage and handle all incoming and out going telephone calls.
•Administer daily incoming and outgoing mails, franking, dispatching and courier.
•Administer conference meeting rooms facilities.
The candidate
•Female age 23-32 with pleasant and friendly personalty
•Minimum qualification: SPM or Certificate/Diploma.
•At least 2 years of working experience in similar capacity or in customer service role.
•Proficient in MS Office applications skills.
•Must be proficient in spoken and written English besides conversant in BM.
•Good customer service skills.
