Full-Time Front Office
• Welcome visitors/patients at the reception & to provide any kind of assistance.
• Handle phone calls and queries from visitors/patients.
• Provide necessary information regarding the facility’s services and doctors’ availability.
• Perform Customer Care cum Concierge cum Reception Role.
• Making appointments for Resident / Visitor Doctors in the Outpatient Clinic.
• Handle customers’ complaints and ensures that it is resolve within the standard timeframe for verbal and written complaints.
• Identify and reports all negative comments in report form, as indicated in the Customer Satisfaction Feedback questionnaire, to all Department Heads, Administrators and CEO.
• Coordinates with Marketing and respective department in handling all International patients requirements in facilitating their appointment with our doctors.
• Responsible to gather, identify and put in record all Feedback received via Customer Satisfaction Feedback questionnaire daily.
• To consolidate the daily Customer Satisfaction Feedback into monthly reports, for dissemination to all Department Heads, Administrators and CEO.
• Responsible over the coordination and execution of the monthly Visitors’ Tours of the hospital. Subsequently, to manage the feedback derived from these tours and consolidate the information into reports for analysis.
• Perform all other duties / tasks as assigned by the Management
