Full-Time Field Inside Sales Executive
Back end support for field sales vacant territories. Build and strengthen good rapports with the existing customer and maintain accurate customer records. Assist the marketing department in execution on new promotion plan through telephone selling technique.
MAIN ACCOUNTABLITIES :
1. Attend to vacant Field Sales Territories.
2. Perform an outbound call to customer under the vacant territories.
3. To influences customers to buy products and to give product information and price quotations.
4. To maintain & update the customer general data (Email, PIC, Contact number)
5. To attend customer’s feedback and handle customer related enquiries and complaints.
6. To monitor the new account creation under vacant territories and work closely with the ASM’s.
7. To execute any promotion implemented by Marketing/Sales for re-activation or existing customer under
the vacant territories.
8. Provide excellent customer experience and maintain high level of service and professionalism at all times
9. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
