Full-Time Executive, Customer Service (Contract)
•To assist in manage clients’ enquiries through call/walk-in and handling of the company’s client service hotline via email;
•To perform trading account opening, closely monitor and update clients’ account status accordingly including CDS account opening status, online tagging, account activation, bank-in/withdrawal status and other account related issues.
•Minimum a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Mass Communication or related discipline;
•Good communication skills, with written and verbal proficiency in English and Mandarin;
•Pleasant personality and experience in handling customers;
•Positive working attitude and able to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment;
•Fresh graduates and candidates without the necessary qualifications but with relevant experience will be considered;
•Resourceful and pro-active in attending to customer’s enquiries.
