Full-Time Executive, Customer Service
· To assist in manage clients enquiries through call/walk-in and handling of company’s client services;
· To assist clients’ details to register seminar when clients request to attend seminar via telephone call or email and subsequently, forward the listing the respective branches for their records;
· Assist in liaising with branches on matters/queries arises from clients which belong to the respective branches;
· To assist client on using trading platform in Mplus Online and to view our website;
· Assist clients’ enquiries on cash deposit, withdrawal & settlement, any FAQ on trading platform issues, system issue, seminar enquiry, check trading account status and promotion etc;
· To assist on administrative paperwork.
· Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies, Administration/Management or equivalent;
· Good communication skills, with written and verbal proficiency in Mandarin, English and Malay;
· Pleasant personality and experience in handling customers;
· Positive working attitude and able to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment;
· Fresh graduates and candidates without the necessary qualifications but with relevant experience;
· Resourceful and pro-active in attending to customer’s enquiries.
