Full-Time Digital Marketing (Project Management)

Job Description

– Conceptualize, develops and executes marketing strategies to ensure the growth and sustainability of the business
– Able to plan for a project (timeline, task list, budget) and oversee end to end execution
– Collaborate and coordinate across multiple teams, including Product, Tech, Creative, and Operations
– Ensure adherence to operating budget of Marketing Department
– Ensure smooth and timely execution of campaigns
– Perform regular analysis of campaign performance and metrics to report on campaign performance
– Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

– Bachelor’s degree, with 1 – 2 years marketing experience in planning integrated marketing strategy and executing campaigns
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
– Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
– Able to work with evolving and emerging products
– Up-to-date and enthusiastic about the latest trends and best practices of social media platforms and content
– Effective in engaging and influencing marketing and sales team members to achieve targets
– Highly detail-oriented to ensure the quality of project material and communications.
– Relentless in driving growth and able to embrace and tackle challenges
– Proven track record of success in achieving targets on time in a rapid growth and start-up environment

Good to have:
– Background in communication/marketing/business
– Experience in event management
– Experience in SEO/SEM
– Passionate about running/fitness
