Full-Time Customer Service / Technical Support Executive
You will be the main point of contact for all Users of our new digital platform.
• Support Sales & Marketing team in answering enquiries and resolving Users’ problems.
• Responsible for Registration of new users/customers
• Responsible for the Upkeep & maintenance of user’s profiles and activity logs
• Provide customer service and technical support to Users of the system.
• Check and ensure that all transactions are properly executed
• Ensure that proper tickets are raised and properly closed for all technical support and assistance provided to Users.
• Generate required reports from the System to Management.
Training will be provided.
