• Starting salary range: RM1,400 to RM2,000

• Resolve problems by clarifying issues, providing alternating solution and escalating unresolved problems.
• Respond to customer phone and online enquiries via live chat, email and SMS.
• Handle all incoming customer enquiries & complaints with utmost professionalism and ensure high quality customer service is provided at all times.
• Work closely with team members and leaders at all times to achieve optimum efficiency and productivity.
• Build rapport, provide good before and after sales service to customers.

• Candidate must possess at least SPM certificate.
• No work experience required.
• Fluent in spoken English, Malay and Mandarin is preferred.
• Possess strong customer relationship and services mindset to drive customer satisfaction and communications.
• Must have strong computer skills and internet literate.
• Strong communication skills, self-motivated with good interpersonal & problem solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast moving environment and under intense pressure.
• Team player, good attitude, initiative and self-development.
• Must possess follow-up skills.
• Possess time management skills & multi-tasking skills.
