Full-Time Customer Service Executive (Cantonese Speaker)
• Provide a high-quality customer support experience for end user thru phone/email/chat, in order to increase lifetime value and overall satisfaction with client hardware and digital content
• Focus on delivering on key results like customer satisfaction, first-time resolution, efficiency and quality metrics.
• Provide strategic and consultative advise and help solve technical issues by working with a large number of businesses from your market
• Provide outstanding customer service to users over phone, e-mail, and/or live chat regarding product selection, services and issues.
• Pro-actively develop innovative ideas to drive the process, product and support improvements towards the client.
• Escalating customers’ requests, issues and complaints that are beyond the training level provided, using good judgment and initiative.
• Candidate must possess minimum SPM qualifications.
• Customer service working experience will be added advantage.
• Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply.
• Ability to read Mandarin traditional words to support Taiwan and Hong Kong Market.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in Mandarin and English.
• Ability to speak in Fluent Cantonese.
• Team Player but also able to work independently.
• 30 Full-Time position(s) available.
