Job Description

1. Service Feedback – To identify and resolve customers’ expectation and fulfilment.
2. Resolve high level queries and educate customers on product features, promotion program to strengthen customer relationships.
3. Cross selling of OSIM products
4. Product Recovery Plan – Follow up services through Marketing program
5. Issuing of Cash Voucher- To draft and print out OSIM cash voucher in OSIM letterhead.
6. Oversea Export Customer – To assist oversea customer who has brought OSIM product in OSIM Malaysia
