Full-Time Customer Service Executive

Job Description

Responsibilities:
Ensure the highest possible quality of customer service for our hungry customers
Process order and manage relationship with hundreds of restaurants
Deliberate with customers or supervising personnel in order to address questions, problems, and special requests for orders and actual delivery statuses
Ensure that processes are followed and bring in new ideas for improvement
Constantly work towards improving customer experience
Handle customers and vendors requests, as well as external communication with them

Requirements:
Speak ENGLISH fluently
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
Good communication skills
Reliable and responsible in completing task
Abel to work shifts, weekends and Public holidays
Fast Learner
Team player
Willing to take on additional task
Punctual & Motivated
