Full-Time Customer Service – Cantonese Speaker (1 year contract renewable)
Position: Customer Service Specialist – Cantonese Speaking
Contract Duration: 1 year contract renewable / conversion to permanent depends on performance (to start immediately if shortlisted)

Salary: up to RM3300 basic

Normal working hours – Mon to Fri, Saturdays per schedule : Working hours staggered but within 8 am to 6 pm (depends on schedule)
*This person will be supporting HK market hence PH will follow HK.
• General: Customers’ queries and complaints handling via phone, email and/or fax for fuel cards & loyalty cards, fuel ordering, and promotional programs.
• Card Functions: Handles day-to-day inquiries and maintenance on card accounts including account balance checking, transactional activities (e.g. transaction details, disputes and adjustments) and billing statements.
• Fuel Ordering: Serves as the primary point of contact for customers on orders. Processes fuel orders for service stations and key account customers. Liaises with respective Business Consultants and Terminal for updates or changes in fuel orders.
• Supporting customers loyalty programs and Brand activities.
• Contributing in business improvement processes.
• Other work task(s) which may be assigned accordingly to business requirements.
• Diploma preferably in Business Studies/ Administration/ Marketing/ Hospitality or related courses.
• At least 1 year of working experience, preferable specializing in Customer Service or Call Centre.
• Ability to speak in Cantonese.
• Ability to read and write in English and Mandarin.
• Flexible to work on some weekends and holidays.
