Job Description

Responsibilities:
1. Accept and actively contact customers, be able to find customer problems in time and give correct and satisfactory replies;
2. Establish good contact with customers, be familiar with and tap customers’ needs;
3. Handle customer complaints and follow up the rectification;
4. Follow up, sort out and analyze user’s data and feedback information;
5. Timely feedback and answer customer questions.

Qualifications:
1. Customer service experience in financial industry is preferred.
2. Have strong professionalism and team spirit, integrity, honesty and cheerful personality;
3. Have good communication and adaptability, be good at dealing with problems, and establish good relationship with customers;
4. Have good language and expression ability.

崗位職責:
1、受理及主動 客戶,能够及時發現客戶問題並給到正確和滿意的回復;
2、與客戶建立良好的聯系,熟悉及挖掘客戶需求;
3、處理客戶投訴問題及問題跟進整改;
4、跟進、整理和分析用戶的數據和迴響資訊;
5、及時回饋並解答客戶疑問。

任職資格:
1、有金融行業電話客服工作經驗優先考慮。
2、有較强的敬業精神和團隊精神、為人正直、誠實、性格開朗;
3、有良好溝通和應變能力,善於處理好問題,與客戶建立良好關係;
4、具備良好的語言和表達能力。
