Full-Time CUSTOMER SERVICE
• Provide administrative support to sales team
• Handle and resolve customer enquiries
• Handle sales administrative matters
• Assist branches regarding company product
• Candidate must possess at least a SPM / Diploma level or equivalent in any field
• 1 or 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is an added advantage
• Computer literate
• Able to speak, write and converse in fluent English, Malay and Chinese
• Ability to work under pressure and tight schedule with minimal supervision
• Proactive, self-motivated, quick learner, pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communicational skill, team player, attentive to details
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• On the job training will be provided
