Full-Time Customer Care Officer
Responsible to take over the Building works from the Building contractor upon completion of the Building to ensure follow up of defects rectification works.
Responsible for Tenant’s satisfaction, attend and investigate any complaint on Maintenance and services.
Ensure proper handling and taking over of premises to / from tenant/ Purchaser.
Supervise and liaise with contractors for any maintenance repairs and renovation works ensuring standard of works is adhered at all time.
Ensure Building are always maintained to a high standard of cleanliness
Able to maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management and staff.
Presentable with positive work attitude, discipline, hardworking, initiative, multitask, self-motivated, creative, energetic, meticulous and reliable.
Must have good telephone etiquette and the ability to converse and write in English.
Minimum Certificate/ Diploma or Degree in any discipline. Ex Hotelier and Ex Telco who is having at least 3-5 years are encouraged to apply
Strong English language competency
Computer literate and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
Good sense of business, urgency and responsibility
