Full-Time COMPANY SECRETARY CUM ADMIN ASSISTANT

Job Description

Job Descriptions:

* Handle all company secretarial work and attend meetings;

* Proper maintenance of statutory records and prepare resolutions,
minutes of meetings and board papers;

* Prepare and submit statutory forms in accordance with the Companies
Act;

* Assist in any other duties assigned by the Company from time to time.

Requirements:

* Possess at least ICSA qualification or its equivalent;

* Fresh graduates or candidates who are taking final ICSA examination
are encouraged to apply;

* Experience in company secretarial practice is not required and
training will be provided;

* Computer literate with good command of English.
