Company Secretarial Assistant
Corporate services company looking for suitable candidates to fill the above vacancy.
• Assist the company secretary with company secretarial duties:
• Prepare directors’ & members’ resolutions
• Liasing with clients to meet their requests
• Update registers and system with company information on directors, members, share transfers, and related matters
• General administrative duties including filing and arranging for lodgement of documents with SSM
• Graduates, newly or part qualified in company secretarial or related courses such as business, management or accountancy.
• Possess a genuine interest in Company Law and related field
• Good command in spoken and written English. Knowledge in Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Good communication skills
• Computer literate with good typing skills
• With or without experience, training provided
• Be able to start work immediately
Salary will commensurate with experience and qualifications.
