1) Candidates with minimum 1-2 years experience of Butchery will be consider first for Commis I.
2) Candidates with 1 year Western & Asian cooking experience are welcome to apply for Commis II.
Job description as below:
To arrive on time to start duties as scheduled per duty roster.
To make daily thorough mise-en-place of all items featured on menu and ensures maximum usage of raw materials.https://www.jobstarc.com/jobs/commis-ii/
To prepare food orders according to established standards.
To pay attention to set portions.
Responsible for proper storage of food in his area.
To perform all other tasks assigned by Sous Chef/Executive Chef.
To adhere strictly to sanitation and safety standards.
To maintain proper personal appearance.
To perform duties common to all Commis and other duties as may be assigned.
To consult the Chef De Partie or Demi Chef on any uncertain procedures of work.
To bring requisite food, requested from the store and other outlets.
To perform such other duties and responsible that may be assigned by his/her supervisor from time to time.
