We are looking for Executive, Client Services.

In iFAST or Fundsupermart.com, we are looking for someone who is willing to learn, take challenges and ready to perform.
As a client services, what do you need to achieve?
• Handle enquiries from omni-channel.
• Identify and assess clients’ or business partners’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Consolidate feedbacks and coordinate with various department to make things happen.
The minimum requirement that we are looking for:
• Proficient in English and Mandarin is a must.
• Rotating shift basis (allowance will be given) and follow other country’s public holiday.
• Diploma or Degree holder with 1 year working experience.
• Self-starter, quick learner, go-getter, proactive and the ability to learn and perform in a fast-paced environment.
