Full-Time Client Service Specialist
-Provide first/second level support by identifying, analyzing and troubleshooting issue in a timely manner.
-Perform monitoring and follow-up on the issues closely.
-Create and maintain issue documents as well as update the knowledge base.
-Determine case-priority before escalation.
-Generate and compile resolution reports on a daily basis.
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
-Possess strong motivation and good communication skill.
-Possess ability to work under minimum supervision.
-Familiar with working with databases (Oracle/ MS SQL).
-Experience user of Java or VB.NET would be added advantage.
-Fresh graduate are also encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
