Job Description

1. To monitor credit transaction in real-time basis.
2. Highlight suspicious transaction and escalate for review.
3. Handle enquiries / assist merchants and cardholder.

Requirements;
1. Diploma / Degree in any discipline.
2. At least 1 year of working experience in call centre / card service / banking industry.
3. Fresh graduates is welcome to apply.
4. Good command of written and spoken English.
5. Willing to work on shift.
